Was very grateful for the water when I arrived and appreciated the snacks that were left. Washing machine tumble dryer and ice machine available in out building. Lovely big tv and loved being able to play records when I arrived and getting packed to leave. Great stay!"

"What I liked was that the staff was helpful when I checked in. They had problems with the cards that let us in to our room. So for 2 days they had to accompany each and every guest to our rooms. It was the first time that I have seen such a problem in an hotel. They should change the company that provide such a poor service."

"My experience was rather unique. I parked my car in the ballet parking lot, only to discover that someone had taken my car for a joyride. Not only was the gas tank nearly empty, but there were also scratches on the interior. I brought this to the attention of the manager on duty, Dan, whose response was quite unsatisfactory. "Whoever thought putting Bluetooth speakers in each room for guests to use was not thinking about the drunk guests that come up from the bar at midnight and blast their music. I stay in a lot of hotels but this was the worst experience I’ve had. The staff was good the location was good but the noise was unreasonable. It may have been isolated to my area but I doubt it."
