"This hotel seems to be going thru some renovation and the pictures online do not accurately depict the property. Although the room was adequate for a quick overnight trip the restroom is extremely small, the elevator shaked & rattled, the firealarm went off multiple times at 6am, and again at about 9. "The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful and not welcoming at all! The toilet in the room was broke, like shattered, the AC stopped working the first day and we called several times each time with the guy promising he would could look at it but never came even though we saw him walking around the property! The beds were small and hard as rocks. We checked out a day before we were supposed to and went home. "

The other older lady was very sweet picking up trash from customers and always smiling Our room really smelled and humidity was bad if ac was under 64 degrees. No towels were left on second day.
