"Very clean room and nice off street parking will stay again."

"Todo perfecto a excepción de que la secadora de pelo no funcionaba, pero los chicos me ayudaron a conseguir otra."

"Is always a pleasure to be here."

"Great spot, great location, really enjoyed the property"

"We had a great stay at The Pearl and would definitely stay here again. The location was probably our favorite part — we could walk to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and shops without having to drive everywhere. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for the two of us. We really liked having a separate bedroom and a full kitchen instead of just a typical hotel room. The AC worked great too, which definitely matters in South Florida. It was a nice place to come back to...

"This was my second stay at the Shell Motel, which tells you I had a positive experience the first time. I was recognized upon arrival and both Guy & Pierre are always so friendly and want to make sure I had everything I need. They offer suggestions as to local resources (e.g., groceries, restaurants, where to park, etc). "Everyone working there is very nice and helpful. Parking can sometimes be an issue"

"Muy buena atención"

"Clean room. Very friendly, kind staff. Fresh coffee and hot tea options were always available. You are right next door to a yogurt shop that sells goods and coffee. Literally steps from the beach/boardwalk. Tons of dining options close by."

"Very friendly host, and staff at the building was phenomenal. I had just gotten a surgery on my knee and every time I came in, they was very attentive and made sure I got to my room safe and secure. The room itself was exactly like the pictures. It was Clean and came with lots of amenities. We had a slight issue with 2 of the tvs in the condo but when notified it was rectified promptly. My only other issue was although parking was free, the parking bay for that particular condo was so far away...

"Great place to stay. The bad news is that the location and outside appearance is disarming and makes you fear that you will be very disappointed. However, when the open the door you will be delighted at the cleanliness and good condition everything is in. It is far more spacious that I expected. and an unbelievable bargain. The only place to stay while in north Miami. "
