"Debra and Drew were very welcoming hosts. We used The Barn as a lauch pad to visit Chartwell and Knole. Perfect choice. The accommodation was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. We were spoilt for choice regarding local eateries. We chose The White Hart for dinner and it was top knotch. "

"Our Cosy Double was as advertised -small but well furnished and equipped with everything you could need. It was very clean. We had a lovely view of the extensive gardens. The breakfast was delicious, plenty of choice and freshly prepared and great service too. We also had a meal in the bar and that too was very good. The gardens are delightful and we walked around them many times and it was a real bonus to have several sightings of the deer. A small negative was that we had not realised that...

"The room was a bit dated with a lot of “brown furniture” and could do with a little update. This was a little disappointing but did not detract from the overall state of the room. The staff were very attentive and nothing was too much effort or trouble. They were friendly and welcoming. We had the “full English” which was well present, full of flavour and hot. As with the breakfast all drinks were brought to the table with a smile from the staff. We wanted to have cold drinks from the Bar in...

"We stayed at Salomons Estate as a group of 12 people. The grounds are lovely, and the facilities are well looked after considering the age and character of the property. The staff were really helpful throughout our stay. Everything was clean, and both the bedrooms and bathrooms were a good size. Although the rooms are a little outdated, the bedding was very comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay overall."

"We didn't have breakfast there. Bar offered a good choice of drinks. The extractor fan didn't work in the on suite but it was kept very clean. The stairs to the room were quite steep and the doors were very close together making it a little difficult to manoeuvre. The toilet was quite tall so shorter people may find their feet wouldn't touch the floor. The bed was very comfortable."
