"Practical position to access Porto Town. Plenty buses if you didn’t want to walk. Suite was very well proportioned, clean, comfortable bed and good quality to, coffee machine, kettle etc. We had breakfast 2 mornings and it was delicious, croissants, bread, meat, cheese, jam, yogurt, fruit, orange juice and coffee. "The location of the hotel was great. Our room looked out at the river, trams went by often and there is a grocery store less than a block away. The staff is excellent and was very helpful when my husband got sick and needed to go to urgent care. The breakfast buffet had lots of variety, even a few gluten free/non-dairy items. The property could use some deep cleaning, especially the carpets. The road noise does get a bit loud. The room service menu was very limited."

"Very beautiful hotel on the riverfront right next to the st Francis church and walking distance to everything. I had a beautiful view of the river and villa nueva da Gaia. Breakfast was delicious with fresh yogurt, eggs, assortment of breads and pastries, jams, honey and abundant coffees and tea. The elevator was fast. The room was spacious. H oh keeping was excellent.
