"Practical position to access Porto Town. Plenty buses if you didn’t want to walk. Suite was very well proportioned, clean, comfortable bed and good quality to, coffee machine, kettle etc. We had breakfast 2 mornings and it was delicious, croissants, bread, meat, cheese, jam, yogurt, fruit, orange juice and coffee. "I was disappointed with this hotel as it was supposed to be 5 star. The staff were just ok didn’t really go out of their way with help or advice. The barman was quite unhelpful and rude. Also there was building work going on next door so we couldn’t even sit on the balcony or have the doors open because of this. The hotel did not fore warn us of this when we booked otherwise I would have reconsidered our stay!"

"We loved the eclectic decor and the garden. We had a bedroom with an attached lounge. Unfortunately due to water damage we could not use the lounge.This did impact our stay with reduced space. The owners were apologetic but their misfortune affected our stay with the use of space. The breakfast and location were great.
