"The worst checkin of my life. Very slow and when finally someone from the staff showed, another staff member showed up and both of them started arguing in Portuguese making it a very uncomfortable moment. I was offered literally “a sip” of espumante, then they gave a tour of the entire hotel showing me the amenities which took forever cause all you want to do is get to your room and chill. Good breakfast, decent food at the restaurant, small room, even smaller shower…for the price…I’m not coming...

"I recently spent four nights at Miragaia Riverside Suites and had a thoroughly enjoyable stay with no complaints. The room was clean, spacious, and offered a great view of the river, along with a well-appointed bathroom and an excellent shower. Marta, the manager, was especially kind and helpful throughout my visit. I would absolutely consider staying here again."

My only thing was the pool/sauna use, to me it was strange that you had to book a timeslot everyday and you could only have 45min sessions. Sometimes you do just want to sit by the pool and chill and that felt limited."

Kitchen has everything also. Only thing is please correct the info on expedia: there is no laundry, no breakfast, no luggage storage."

"The breakfast menu is fresh, with many, many options. The staff at this Hotel is AMAZING, so helpful and kind. The location is away from downtown, which is exactly what I wanted, and is across the street from the riverfront. There is easy access to a Bus Line, and is close to the Crystal Palace Garden. The only disappointing feature was the cost of breakfast. I've had similar breakfasts at other hotels which was included for free. 18 Euros seemed very steep to me."
