The rooms are cleaned every day and patrons are given a bottle of wine, water, and chocolates. Housekeeping staff checked in daily to provide additional amenities. "

"We had a lovely stay at the Palacete Severo. Our room was comfortable. The property is unusual and charming. We loved spending time in the library and felt welcome to make ourselves at home. Breakfast was excellent. And the staff incredibly kind and accommodating."

"Breakfast area needs some help. Overly crowded and I cannot say the service was good either since they did not get any of my family member's order right. The roof top restaurant was esp slow. One time, our order took more than an hr and by the time we got food, it was already too cold to eat. Overall, the room did not match the picture, service wasn’t good and breakfast was disappointing. However, the view from the hotel lobby was incredible. "

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Fußgängerzone, daher ist die U-Bahn nur ein paar Minuten entfernt, ebenso der Hafen. Ich komme gerne wieder. "

"Wunderschönes Hotel. Auch als Hostel buchbar. Wir hatten ein perfektes Appartmebt. Die Leute waren alle super nett und zuvorkommend ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Essen und Getränkeauswahl sehr gut. Mir wurde das Hotel empfohlen, das kann ich nur wärmstens weitergeben. Auch die Lage ist erstklassig. Alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar und trotzdem ruhige Straße. "

"The junior suite was great for our visit to Porto - nice size bedroom area and a separate living area. But the outdoor balcony was the best. We spent a lot of time out on the balcony relaxing and watching life happen in Porto. The location is ideal, close enough to walk to everything, but far enough away from the extremely touristy areas.
