Check in was easy. Breakfast was included in our stay and nice to have in the hotel. Dining room was always clean. food was always plentiful. Staff were very friendly. I would recommend staying at the Cambridge and will return"

"The suite was absolutely beautiful, spacious and super clean; it looked just like the photos online. Staff is very friendly. Beautiful hotel and awesome location. Hotel doesn't have parking but there's a good parking garage right across the street. Didn't have a chance to use the amenities o and didn't have breakfast or dinner there but the lobby was very cozy and nice. Would definitely stay again!"

"Staff was friendly and efficient for the duration of our stay. The room was exceptionally clean and inviting with modern decor and technology. Parking can be difficult, but the lot Nextdoor was available when we arrived and was reasonably priced. The food in the restaurant was very tasty as well."

"I enjoyed my stay at One King West. My room was quiet and well insulated against noise, the beds were very comfortable, the space to work was well organized with a real office chair. There was a kitchenette that I did not use, but could be convenient. It was ackward to hang clothes in the kitchen, but there are drawers under the tv. The bathroom was very clean and there was good water pressure. Check in and check out were smooth and quick. Internet was a little slow, but was good enough to work....

"It is very well situated. you can go to the places downtown. Breakfast was good and the coffee better. Staf was very friendly and willig to answer all of our questions. PARKING WAS EXCELLENT We felt secure. Lots of police in the corners"

Breakfast was limited (would have been nice to eat together with family in other rooms rather than have the same delivery each morning) and would have made more use of the bar had it been open for a nightcap.
