"The room was very clean and the mattress was comfortable. The property is conveniently located to the interstate and everything we wanted to do in Tallahassee. The breakfast was good—well stocked and lots of choice, but not top quality. It was perfectly adequate for our needs though, and we appreciated that there was a free breakfast with hot options. Only one real complaint: I didn’t like the bed pillows. They were small and square-shaped, which I found peculiar. I’d prefer a larger, firmer pillow. That said, I would definitely stay here again. It was excellent value for the money, the staff were nice, and it was very clean. Thanks for a great stay!"

"The hot tub was a wonderful place to enjoy after 9 hours on the road! Biggest hotel breakfast buffet I have seen. I will stay here again."

"The property was hard to find arriving at night. The evening staff was not exactly welcoming. Due to the college town atmosphere, young adults were screaming and yelling in the hallway in the middle of the night. In the morning, parents of those young adults would then bang obsessively on the door to wake up the young adult, so I did not sleep well and felt stressed. The best thing about my stay was the excellent food and service received at breakfast downstairs. Next time I visit FSU, I will pick somewhere else to stay."

"Attentive and friendly staff, nice pool and porch area, good selection of room service food, great complementary breakfast. Only complaint was the pull out mattress (thin)- but other than that- everything was perfect!"

"My two biggest issues with the hotel are first the room layout is odd. When you walk into the door the bed is right there and the extra space for luggage and the “closet” are located behind the door. I personally wouldn’t stay for a week in this room. For one night as just a place to rest it was fine. We stayed here both coming and going to South Florida and on the first night the bathroom door was warped wouldn’t close. The second issue was on our way back when we arrived late at night the air conditioner in our room was off. This made the room quite warm and very humid, it’s Florida. It took a couple of hours for the room to get to a more comfortable temperature and the until early more for the mugginess to improve, but it still felt very humid. Arriving that late and just wanting to get a good nights sleep was difficult because it was too hot and the humidity caused me a lot of congestion. I would stay here for an overnight again, but never more than 1 night."

"Warm welcome even though we arrived after midnight. Spotless room, super comfortable bed, refreshingly different from other chain hotels with its quirky decor. Continental breakfast was good - coffee is available 24/7 "

"Room was a bit dirty. Dirt on the floor, stains on the mattress. Looks like a dog had chewed up the dresser/tv stand. Burn marks on towel holder by sink. Looks like it may have been used as an ashtray. There where a lot of people hanging out in the parking lot most of the night. The door looks like it had been busted in a time or two. Didn't feel particularly safe there. We booked late, and this is all there was in the area. All that said, front desk staff were nice and jovial, and gave us some cold water. "
