"We had a upgrade to the one of the superior accessible rooms which were outside. It was so huge, plenty of places to sit, bed was humongous. The wet room was massive, it was a really great room and we were really happy. "

"There was a lack of cleanliness in the room there was mold, hairs stuck to the wall near the bed, curtains had all different stains on them, the walls were dirty, the bathroom had hairs all over the shower, the bed covers had stains, there were dust all on the head rests above the bed, the staff tried to clean it but it still looked the same after."

"Hotel was warm and bed comfy, managed to get parking spot negatives: No toilet roll left in room shower has no thermostat and scoulding - unable to use 2 sugars for whole weekend = 1 cup plug socket hidden by bed , only 1 other double socket otherside of room I paid cheap out of season , would never consider paying anymore , certainly not Grand "

"Very nice stay , bedding , towels , etc, white like new nice clean. It is older building but has been refurbished. Kitchen has new units , well equipped oven, microve, toaster, kettle. It is number key entry for main door and flat but easy to use and convenient for whater time you arrive. As a family with small child had a good stay."

"Didn’t stay the night. Was gutted. Wasted money too. I didn’t feel safe there, people smoking around the property and was lingering, made it very uncomfortable. Maybe it’s just me, but finding the lock pads wasn’t clear enough in the dark and there’s two properties inside one building? The car park or ‘extra spaces’ wasn’t clear or well laid out - again, it may be the dark. But I attempted to park, decided to leave then had to wait as someone blocked me in. Really gutted as I was desperate for...

"Room 3 Curtains not blinds that flap about even when windows closed. Bright lights outside makes it then flashing the room. Poor outdated bathroom with bad bath shower. Water not hot. Noise from interlocking bathroom next door. No sound proofing. Girl in reception was very good, welcoming and helpful. "

"Stayed many times will stay again. Even though we had a big problem getting into the hotel after a night out had to wait 40 minutes for some one to come out and get the main electronic doors to open. Their hotel chain seem to be good value for a night stay which we often do "

"Very easy to check in and out, everything looked just like the pictures, cafe next door and a bar/restaurant a few doors down. There was only 2 chairs around the breakfast bar but 4 place mats so I’m not sure how a family of 4 like us where meant to eat together There was also no lamp in the downstairs bedroom which isn’t a massive deal but it would have been nice to have some form of light in the evening/night without having the big light on The tv was oddly placed in the living...
