"The staff we interacted with from the front desk, to the dining room were friendly and helpful-excellent service. Comfortable rooms. Delicious breakfast and beautiful grounds. Would definitely stay again if we are ever back in the Emory area again."

"Very terrible experience I would give it a zero star rating. I had to check out of the hotel immediately after I checked in given how unclean the hotel was it was smelling of mold. The room wasn’t close proximity to the parking lot and it felt very unsafe. The property did not give me a refund, although I booked it for nine days. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. The room was not similar to what it appeared in the website."

"First. We were sent to a room on the 5th floor, that was still occupied. We went back downstairs and informed them of this. Then we were told we would receive a room upgrade. Which was ok considering. In the new room. They never came to provide us clean towels or empty the garbage cans. This did make for an uncomfortable stay and and had us thinking about going elsewhere. Also one of the elevators that was needed to take us to our floor, kept hurling as if was going to either drop or get stuck....

"I’m a little bummed after high expectations. The rooftop was closed both nights of our stay due to party reservations. Also, our room was a bunk bed room, which I didn’t expect at all— it felt very summer campy. Furthermore, we were in the basement with two outside walls, so it was very loud. We were awaken on Monday morning at 8:00am exactly to a pressure washer right outside my window. Definitely didn’t feel luxurious. Staff and service was great though. The Valet guys were awesome!!!"

"First time at this location and last. In the area for an appointment so this location was convenient. Online total was different than upfront. Okay cool a few dollars. So total was $400 with the damage deposit. After he said that he asked was we parking here. I mean of course we are. He said an extra $15 wow that’s not included okay. Then he proceeded to tell us our amenities. He said breakfast will be from 6:30-9:30 great! Next morning we got up for breakfast to be told that this wasn’t apart...

"My girls sent me here for a staycation. Perfect location. The staff was very attentive and the roof top lounge is a whole vibe. They do have a small pool on the roof top, nothing to write home about, but it was clean, the water got warm in the later part of the evening, and I pretty much had it to myself, so I spent a couple hours up there. The price is a little steep, but it was worth every penny."

"Be careful around the bed. The metal legs are easy to stub your toe on more than once. Parking was tight during the day while the dentist office is open. The room is clean and efficient. Easy to enter the front door of the property but a ramp would be nice with luggage instead of stairs. Remind visitor to press the logo on the keypad of the room first in order to see the keys light up."
