Instead of helping or guiding me on how to find a place so late in the day or even show any sort of sympathy to the situation, the staff told me to call expedia and then walked away.. "In my bathroom they left me old soap used from other customers. Was not that clean. There was a dog that barked all night until I called the desk around midnight.
