"There is no shuttle. They will call a taxi for you if you don't already have arrangements. The staff could not be any more helpful or friendly. They were not aware of our arrival (communication issues?) but welcomed us and gave us the room we reserved while they sorted things out. Rooms were clean and very comfortable."

"I had a wonderful 3 days at the Lodge. The accommodations were lovely, the staff helpful and hospitality incredible. They arranged a morning game drive for me, a sunset cruise on the Zambezi and trip into town to see Victoria Falls from both the Zimbabwe and Zambia sides. You’re truly treated like family."

"The apartment was beautiful, well decorates and comfortable. Included breakfasts were delicious. Super impressed with the bag breakfast we took with us on one of our safari days. Only downside is it is a little bit from the center of town. However that made the respite that much more peaceful."

"I enjoyed swimming in my private pool! The resort was amazing, clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. I felt pressure to tip everyone, which was overwhelming as there are a lot of people helping you. There is a collective tip box but it doesn't include tipping the drivers and front office staff. In future I would let everyone know I will tip them on the last day and avoid the stress of having tip money with me all the time. "
