"We had a short stay but the rooms and space were beautiful and clean. Dick, our main contact for the house, was incredible helpful and got us in touch with a wonderful taxi driver, who helped us all weekend. WiFi was a little limited, so I'd recommend having a different plan for any flight check-ins but everything else was wonderful!"

"This place is very modern and super clean. We stayed as a family of 5 from the USA. The space was perfect for us with 2 bedrooms. One with a king bed and the other with two twins. The sofa downstairs makes for a perfect 4th bed and our son said he had the best sleep of his life on it lol. The location is great as it’s no more than 10 minutes to anywhere you would want to go in town. The airport is 15-20 mins. The staff is very friendly and attentive. It’s definitely worth adding the breakfast as the breakfast places are very good especially The Lookout. The views are incredible and the restaurant itself is gorgeous. I would not recommend the breakfast at La Piaza. They send a driver each morning to take you to and from breakfast and the cost is included in the room price. If you can request Tawanda as your driver he is awesome! We used him for all of our taxi needs during our stay."

"We had a lovely family room which had 2 bedrooms and a living room with large kitchen.the place was immaculate. We especially enjoyed Pardon who took us everywhere in Vic Falls. He was such a gentleman and told us lots of stories about everything. So much fun. Thanks for a wonderful stay! Highly recommend"

"This was the most amazing experience of a lifetime! Cassius, Vanessa, Arnold, and everyone met our every needs and then some!! They took care of us so well and welcomed us in every aspect. They arranged all our trips with our guide, Gary, which was beyond belief. The personal service was impeccable. Made sure we were well fed and had our drink schedule down. Ensured we did everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend! Stay here and let them make your visit an absolute dream!"

"I enjoyed swimming in my private pool! The resort was amazing, clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. I felt pressure to tip everyone, which was overwhelming as there are a lot of people helping you. There is a collective tip box but it doesn't include tipping the drivers and front office staff. In future I would let everyone know I will tip them on the last day and avoid the stress of having tip money with me all the time. "

"Everything was excellent! All staff were friendly, attentive and accommodating. The safari on their private parkland was exceptional. Our lodging was comfortable and lovely. Food was delicious! I highly recommend!"
