"The service was absolutely wonderful! A special thanks to Hany from the reception team, who was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and professional. The housekeeping team was also amazing. The room was always spotless and perfectly clean, and I truly appreciate the hard work of the housekeeping staff. The room was beautiful, and the view was absolutely amazing. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable!"

"The staff were amazing. Friendly and attentive. The food was excellent and plentiful with a wide range of cuisines. So many options for swimming, snorkelling, diving and relaxing. Finally, the on site doctor is worthy of his own mention. My wife and son were ill for a couple of days (no fault of the hotel) and he treated them professionally and with care and consideration to get them back to health. A highly recommended resort and hotel."

"- I tried to make the most out of the amenities - gym was really nice to have there for a quick workout. Pools were also nice and clean overall. - Some staff were rude, however, most were okay to deal with.. - There was a variety of food options at the restaurant inside the hotel, but not much for breakfast. They are strict on time - so make sure you’re not late for the times listed (they will not accept that you are late and will probably tell you to have to pay for your food from the bar at the pool..) Overall would say it’s not worth the nightly price tbh - it should be around 1,200 EGP MAX a night (not more)"

My room was cleaned perfect and the staff was extremely helpful and kind from baggage carriers, dinning and excursion trip guides. One thing that could add excellence would be an iron in the room . Other than that I had a marvelous time"

"The accommodation is good to use as a base, it could do with a bit of tlc, a lick of paint wouldn't go amiss as would a good clean of the windows. The beds were firm and the bed clothes were clean, the bed in the balcony room had a dip in the middle which could be sorted with a new mattress. We had a shower problem on the 2nd day which we reported to the landlord at 10:00 it was fixed with new parts by 14:30 on the same day so that was good. The bathroom in general could do with an upgrade but it was functional. It is essential to drink bottled water as the water quality is poor but a guy comes round in a pickup selling bottled water frequently. All in all if you aren't expecting too much then the apartment is good value for money. The Sadeki cafe is only 50 metres away and they offer quality snacks and meals at a very reasonable price. "
