It’s also not close to the airport anymore because of a road closure so you have to go in a windy road that...

"At time of booking I was not notified that the pool area including pickle ball and tennis courts would be closed due to pool maintenance. I was closed for the last week of our stay. But other than that the stay was enjoyable. I have stayed at this property countless times and find it to be the best value on the island."

The only negative in our stay was that the hot tub had many people in it each time we thought we might use it. Otherwise we had a great stay"

"Very disappointing for a Hilton property. Place is in need of major renovations to be of Hilton quality. Elevator floors were dirty. Rooms were damp…cooling, de-humidifying system is not strong enough for this climate. My refrigerator didn’t work. (Yes I could have called maintenance but who has time for that on vacation.). There were resort fees but I didn’t feel the amenities were enough to justify a resort fee."

"While there was plenty of parking, the lack of elevators means you should be ready to carry luggage up the stairs. If stairs are a challenge, I definitely recommend requesting a ground-level room—which is the only way I’d stay here again. The room was clean and the staff was incredibly friendly. The local roosters weren't too loud, either. As for amenities, the fridge was helpful, but adding a microwave, iron, and ironing board would have made the stay much more convenient."

The restaurants were really good too, we just were bummed we couldn’t get room service the night we arrived. Other than that, amazing food at lava and rum fire. Coffee shop onsite was great too.
