"I was very pleased with the hotel. When I booked I was not to sure about the area it was in. My previous experience of the area was not very good. But it has greatly improved and the hotel has been very well converted from a textile factory. I was very agreeably impressed."

"Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Yes the lifts are snug, indeed the rooms too, but in your the heart of London, so understandable and good value at the price point for the sq.footage - go across the road to the Savoy and do the math on the cost per sq.foot if you disagree!! lol"

"I stayed before the London Marathon. Butter time is arrived I just need to be off my feet and resting it wasn’t until I’d unpacked my things I realised there was a hole in the toilet bowl and the air-con was showing fault code and wasn’t working. I didn’t want the hassle of changing rooms at that point. These should be picked up during housekeeping checks. No kettle in the room but hot water provided by reception. Bed sheets wet plasticky too. Very very average overall. "

"Property was adequate and clean, staff were helpful. Food was lacking in variety on a daily basis and if you are looking for activities to keep occupied you would have to go off property to find that. Overall a nice quiet hotel."
