"It was good experience to stay in this property. The only challenge I had was when I checked in. The directions provided was condo in XXX T2 which referred to Tower 2. If the instructions had mentioned it, it would have made our life easier since we had to go to Tower 1 and then Tower 2 since it was not clear. Second, parking arrangement was confusing. "Exceptional Stay – Best Hotel Experience in My Life😍
We stayed for 7 nights, and everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was perfect—luxuriously appointed with every amenity you could possibly need for a dream trip. The view was breathtaking, overlooking Waikiki and the iconic big banyan tree. A special treat was being able to watch the hula show from our balcony, as the hotel is right across from the Hula Mound stage.

"Everything was impeccable. The spacious and comfortable dining area, the terrace with its stunning views, and the proximity to the beach made it a perfect choice. The parking lot was spacious and convenient, and the customer service was excellent. Next time I visit Hawaii, I'll definitely stay here again."
"Great hotel. This was my 2nd time staying at this location. Very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast options. My only complaint would be that only one elevator seems to be working to the 19th floor so it sometimes takes a while to get up or down to the ground level. Would stay here again "

Perfect location for our liking, rooms were tidy and we enjoyed going to the gym every morning. Pool was beautiful and not full of chlorine like some hotels. Overall, we love this place!
