"Room was clean and parking was easy. The breakfast was okay, my waffle came out underdone and the juice was broken. We tried the bar/restaurant. The menu was inaccurate regarding what drinks were actually available and the food was mediocre. The water and ice throughout the building had a foul taste to it and needs to be filtered. "

"I booked a hotel room here through Expedia. I saw high ratings 10 out of 10, thinking this would be a good option while visiting Tacoma. Wrong. Wow, the hotel staff are very nice, good service, that was not enough. We stayed on the sixth floor and unfortunately could hear all the vehicles driving around at night (very loud). In addition to the outside noise, there was also the noise from the hallway which was rowdy. Now these things can happen, but would really drop them down to a one star...

"Staff was amazing…room was clean, cozy with whimsical decor. Bed was super comfy. Had an amazing breakfast in the lobby restaurant. Was in the perfect location to walk the glass bridge and visit the glass museum. Lemay car museum super close as well. "

"Front desk had no record of my Expedia reservation. I had to show them my confirmation number. It took 20 minutes but I got it. Could’ve been really bad. Please check your software?"

"The room had ants- at least a dozen or more, housekeeping left a clump of hair in the toilet as well as failed to reset my amenities after each day. I got moved to another room as a last ditch effort to make sure that I had a place to sleep without ants... But the experience was far from ideal and although local staff did their best, the management team was never on site and never contacted me back directly. I'm livid. "The bathroom smelled quite sour, the walls cary a lot of sound from adjacent rooms and outside. Breakfast was decent, parking was quite simple to work with."

"The lady at the counter was very kind and helpful. Our first room had definitely been smoked in and the bathroom light didn’t work. We were then switched rooms but the toilet didn’t work well "

"I didn't spend a night there, because of the unprofessional behavior of the receptionist who supposed to check me in. She was raised to hate minorities. She has no respect for herself, nor for the company she represent and none for clients. She and the security officer, on duty that night, are the worse employees I've ever seen in my live."

"Upon checking in you had to leave a $60 cash only deposit which I’m not sure why leaving it on the credit card is not an option. Definitely did not feel safe there as a solo female traveler. The room smelled of smoke even though it was non smoking and overall old and not very clean. For what I paid I expected more. Would not recommend. "
