"Unfortunately, this stay was not a good experience. Cleanliness was a major issue. Showers had hair on the walls, kitchen was gross- microwave dirty, dishes dirty and greasy, appliances not clean. The room felt clean but I felt uncomfortable because of everything was dirty who knows how the bedding is cleaned. Place not properly maintained. The location may be convenient, but I wouldn’t stay here again based on the condition of the property."

"Pros: cRoom was clean and nice size. Kitchen had everything we have it at home except for food. Bed was very comfortable. Staff and valet were very helpful. We arrived to town early and were checked in at 1pm which was nice, because we wanted to walk to the NFL draft. Cons: one side of the hotel is next to train tracks, Friday night we counted four trains and could hear the trains loud and clear. We counted 4 trains pass by our room between 11 PM and 3:30 AM, so we didn’t sleep most of the...

"Time to put this dog down. Everything is old. The bathroom and ceilings are falling apart. Paint and wallpaper are peeling off the walls. Elevators are all damaged and old and something don’t even work. The doors and hallways are all banged up. There’s a serious shortage of staff.. room service is really really really overpriced. Valet parking at $50 a night is more than the airport. The gym is small and with three people in it already felt overcrowded."

"The employees were very kind but the tables could use some clean and sometimes when there is an issue like if you need something fixed in your room; you may have to remind the manager twice because sometimes they forget."

"There was no working tv and no one on the premises to help. There was construction out side the building and they started running a jackhammer at 5 am. Drunk football fans keep us up till 3 am partying."

"If you are looking for accommodations to attend a sporting or cultural event in Pittsburgh, this conveniently located apartment is for you! While the furniture may not be from Ethan Allen, it was functional and the bed was comfortable (although one of the front shades needs to be repaired (it doesn’t release and can’t be pulled down and the handle on the shower faucet needs to be tightened). I will look into this rental for future needs!"

"We arrived by the entrance on the parking lot side, which was unlocked most of the time, even at night, and allows anyone to enter to the second floor without any control. When we arrived a smoker entered before us, using the elevator while still smoking, so the elevator smelled like a frat party afterwards. Nothing was done about it when we checked in.
