"Rooms were very small, had to change rooms due to constant ventilation noise and then the second room had a foul odour. The rooms were dark and felt dirty. Location was the only thing that was good about the property. Very disappointed especially for the price we paid. Would not recommend "

"We stayed while a event was going on at the ppg arena got back to the hotel around 11:30pm and dropped off my car. The next morning checking out the gentleman getting my car had no clue where it was. He eventually did find my car and all was well but I suggest maybe putting someone else on at nights. The gentleman picking up my car the next morning was very apologetic and kind.My room was nice except the bathtub had stuff all through it and on the floor. But other than that is was a wonderful place and staff was very nice. "
