"The room was great. Front desk was fast, efficient and kind. We came late after our event and we were tired. Front desk took quick care of us.
The only negative was the brunch. They were understaffed and we took over an hour before our food came. The waitstaff was doing their best though trying to keep our spirits lifted. I wanted to tip him still, but only had a card. They comped our food because of the wait, but it did mark the otherwise great stay."

"AC Hotel was definitely a 4.5 star in our view. Clean room, comfortable bed and an amazing overhead hot shower, nuff said plus 50" plasma. The location is also prime in downtown Pittsburgh near the Convention Center which is where we were attending. Just an awesome hotel and a very fair price.
