Highly recommend Commoner restaurant attached didn’t live up to hype; food was lovely but very little choice, expensive but venue was empty and lacked atmosphere. This didn’t affect score and would visit again; infact we’ve booked another Kimpton at Monaco for another night on our road trip"

"I had no service on TV. Staff kept telling me that maintenance was coming. They never came. I was there for a whole week. They didn’t even give me a discount the front desk people were being rude when I will call down phone didn’t work in the room."

"Boggs Mansion was excellent! I was getting married so I stayed here the night before and the the night of my wedding and the staff was amazing!! He even was so kind to upgrade my room to a larger one so we could all get ready without any upcharge! They were so kind and willing to help with everything, made us feel so welcomed! The atmosphere of the mansion was so great I loved it!"

"my room was 412 parallel to the highway and it was difficult getting to sleep because of traffic noise and it woke me early in the morning too. that's my only complaint."

"The only problem we had was that we had checked in the day before and still we’re not allowed to valet park when we got there because there was a concert that night and they were allowing random people off the street to park in the garage and not holding spaces for people that were staying at the hotel"
