"Nice breakfast and quiet hotel."

"The room was fine. A little used but clean. The facility is really lacking especially with parking. They seem to have plenty of open slot for Elite members who obviously never go to North East, PA. On the other hand they forget about handicap parking with only two slots for the entire hotel. Including myself needing one I saw numerous cars with a placard but no where to park. They need to rethink their parking situation. Makes it tough for someone to load and unload in tight spaces."

"This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. I feel robbed that I had to pay for it. The room smelled, everything inside the room was broken. I’m still hoping I don’t catch anything from my stay."

"Great staff! The room, bathroom, tv, and microwave were all clean and useable. The only downfall was the gym was out of order for use. Would room there again!"

"Some of the lights in the bathroom were not working, the bathroom exhaust fan wasn’t working, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and I had to have my room keys activated 4 different times. Will find a different place to stay next time"

"The parking lot was being repaved. Parking was *really* far from the property which made bringing in all of our luggage etc. difficult. Additionally, they were paving when we got there (approx. 5pm) and were still going after ten pm. Looked like a ten year old was driving the paver (my kiddos observed this - I looked and agreed!). I get they have to pave but lot was steaming and guys were yelling at a family for walking on the pavement. Elevators were not working at one point and everyone was...

"Great location off I90! Lots of space in lobby to gather with friends and family. Loved the big screen in lobby where we could watch FIFA games. Felt our room was dark so it needed better or more lighting."

"The water taps did not work.you had to force it to open.the shower tap was not any better The floors were never washed. Maybe vacuumed but that’s it The curtains were broken. The entrance door had to be forced to open. Unfortunately we could not cancel without losing our deposit. We would never stay again in this location"

"This is a clean hotel that is a good place to stay before heading to Niagara. It was convenient that the washing machine and dryer could be used for free as long as you provided detergent. The staff were also very friendly."

"We spent the night with a group of friends celebrating a birthday. From checking in to checking out the staff was amazing. The restaurant staff especially the twin bartenders provided fabulous service and we’re very friendly. All the food was great and we enjoyed our time listening to the band at night. We will definitely make this an annual event. Thank you."
