"Had a horrible stay! We were here for my husband's surgery and we did not get a wink of sleep! There was a loud tapping noise coming from perhaps the walls/piping system and it was so loud we couldnt sleep at all. The pillows were lumpy and the bed was pretty uncomfortable. Usually im not one to complain but I felt compelled as my stay was THAT bad. The only positive I will note was that the staff and housekeeping were very friendly."

"The location is excellent, right by the Quay and Sea Bus Terminal with many restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping options nearby. The room was nice but the the rug in our room (720) needs re-stretching. We also found that the water in the bathroom sink did not mix well, i.e. it was running either too hot or too cold. The bathroom sliding door is heavy and somewhat difficult to close."

"The hotel needed some work on the outside. The inside had been refurbished for the upcoming Fifa games. The room was cozy and bright with the most comfortable bed my husband & I have ever slept in. The room was very clean, but modest. We also had a view of the Vancouver skyline from our 3rd floor window. "Very quiet despite being near Denman St. Hard to find a news channel on the Rolu tv or any useful channel. Rooms were clean and it is new. great kitchen. Room cleaning didnt hapen the day we were told but did the next day. A bit expensive for the area."

"We were booked into a room immediately above an event floor where a wedding was taking place. Loud music began at 11:30 pm and continued until after 1 am. We were not informed about this at check in or given any option to switch rooms until we phoned reception at 11:30 pm. We were told that the music would stop at midnight but it did not.
