"Room could be cleaner: bathroom light switch, walls could use a wipe down. Breakfast, bland instant eggs, undercooked hadhbrowns, sausage with bleachy aftertaste, waffles are ok, the little ones end up mushy, stick with the big one. Pancake machine might be a better idea. Toast machine requires 3 passes to lightly toast an English muffin. Pool, either overcrowded or completely unusable, our last morning there we’re told the hottub will require several hours to warm up, and the pool maintenance guys left the door to outside open making it cold, i understand they were doing stuff with chlorine probably but it was a big letdown we couldn’t even enjoy the pool."

"This is a fun hotel for kids & the little thoughtful things like the popcorn in the lobby is a nice touch. I do wish there was a little even hand held vacuum in the room so i could've picked up the popcorn or Littles dropped, i fell bad leaving a mess. If there was any criticism it would be around the shorter lady (there were 2, but not the taller lady) should step away from the waffle area a little. Her aggressive manner about controlling the making of them and dressing them (weren't even allowed to put on our own toppings) was a lot so early in the day. Some of the fun of hotel breakfasts is making your own waffles & topping them with goodies. 😀 The Young Lady that checked us in was friendly and chatted with us. The property is definitely clean and it's in a great location with Walmart and all sorts of food options not far from the hotel. "

"The condition of the hotel rooms upon arrival was entirely unacceptable and far below any reasonable standard of cleanliness or habitability. The rooms were in an appalling state. As a direct result, my coaches and student athletes refused to stay at the property. They immediately returned the room keys to the front desk and escalated the issue to the on-site manager. Despite being made fully aware of the situation, nothing beyond a verbal apology was offered and you failed to provide any meaningful resolution. This lack of action is unacceptable and very unprofessional for the hospitality industry. "
