"Beautiful hotel with intricate interior throughout which is a wonderful setting to base a stay in Bruges. The hotel is run by John and Michael who are the most incredible hosts, with nothing too much trouble and an incredibly warm welcome. We arrived late on a Friday evening but we're greeted and shown to our room with lots of information about the city. The breakfast is excellent, with lots of choice and high quality fresh ingredients from yoghurt, fruits, granola, breads and pastries, eggs...

"The hotel was located in a beautiful area close to the cathedral. Within walking distance of both of the city squares. The staff were amazing. Helpful and kind. Their breakfast is amazing and the atmosphere is stunning!"

"First of all we got a terrible room that doesn’t look like anything we saw on Expedia. It is in the basement or garage converted into rooms. The room is dirty and they are not sound proof."
