"The front staff forgot to mention to me that the parking was not managed by them. When I went out to go for dinner, I saw a sign that stated private parking and you must pay for parking. I checked with the front desk, and all they needed to do was to record my license plate to not be charged. All is good, but they should automatically check with everyone checking in."

"This property needs help. The breakfast was ok, as expected, but there was a fair bit of mold in the shower. Staff were advised and did nothing. Instead of using the proper grout, they have cheap caulking throughout the bathroom which is molding. Towels and linens were often stained, and frayed, generally worn out. The carpet was clean but very worn out. Ceiling had lots of signs of repair. This property could use a refresher "
