"Was Amazing the persons in the front desk they was very kind and helpful the room was clean the floor in the outside in the room was very nice and clean I have not complain"

"The staff is bored and unhelpful. The woman who checked me in seemed apathetic. When I checked out, I asked the front desk a question and he genuinely seemed annoyed I asked a question. I realize these are no frill hotels but I would encourage to find more interested & pleasant people to work the front desk."
"Very nice hotel, clean comfortable and well located, easy connection to centro with E1 bus. Nice mall at walking distance. Breakfast was great and the 24hrs free coffee and drinks is much appreciated. The people who work there were nice helpful and prompt. Overall a great experience. Definitely recommend. "
