I could hear the person in the room upstairs walking around almost constantly, which was quite noticeable, especially at night. Other than that, the stay was uneventful and met basic expectations."

"The hotel is an older building, but the owners have cleaned it out and give it a more modern appearance. The facility was clean. It was a very reasonable price given the price of other hotels in town. There initially was a little road noise early in the evening, but that went away by about 8 o’clock. I would gladly recommend this hotel and plan on staying there again the next time I’m in town."

"I was visiting SLO helping with move out and only needed a place to stay for one night, and this hotel worked fine for that purpose. The location was convenient and close to Cal Poly, which made my visit easier. The hotel is very basic and feels more like a motel than a traditional hotel, so don’t expect any luxury amenities. "We booked two rooms based on the picture from Expedia that showed the motel had a pool. When we arrived with six children that were excited to go swimming. There was no pool only to find that it was filled in with concrete and the Expedia website had not been updated. The manager was rude said they updated the verbiage and admitted that the picture had not been updated. I requested a cancellation of both of our rooms and a refund he denied it.
