"Overall, this hotel is okay for a one-night stay, but I would not recommend it for a longer stay. The biggest issue was the room cleanliness. We found hair in the room and in other areas, and the floors and sofas did not appear to be well maintained. Housekeeping standards could definitely be improved. "They do not offer transportation to the airport because the hotel is being remodeling but, nobody told me when they stopped it. I had to call an Uber and self payment. People at the front desk are not very nice or helpful."

"We enjoyed our stay at Hampton Chicago O’Hare. The one exception was that we were given a smoking room. One night a person came to his room very late and smoked quite a lot. This rested havoc with my breathing health issues. I requested a non smoking room and assumed that was what we were given."

"This is our second time staying at the sable and it was wonderful! The staff is amazing and friendly! The elevators were out and we got lost a couple times getting to our room, and every single staff member that we would run into each time was so helpful and kind in finding where we were supposed to go! "Pro: Good gym, good room size, 676 restaurant. Con: room 1610 by the elevator is extremely noisy. Plus slow elevators. Late checkout charge, even though I'm a member. Shower pressure was like a fire hose, water everywhere."

"Had to shut refrigerator off because when running the noise was loud. Restaurant had little staffing and therefore very slow. Fifthteen minutes to get service and cup of coffee."

"The location was perfect, but the noise from traffic was ever-present. I realize this is just a reality of staying downtown. Wearing foam earplugs fixed the issue. My kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was outstanding. To be honest, this hotel had so many extras we didn’t use. But that’s just our situation. The proximity to everything Chicago had to offer was the main benefit."
