"I had a great stay at Hotel Casa Collins in Miami. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The receptionist was very kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. After I checked out, I needed a place to leave my luggage until the evening, and the hotel was happy to store it safely for me. "This room was like a circus act. The room was tiny, SO TINY. No place to put your stuff, NO CUP!! Nothing to drink from. The refrigerator was a cold storage box. The bed was shoved in the corner so. you have to climb into it. The bathroom is part of the room, so when you use it, your loved one can hear every single sound. The shower setup was a clown show as well. Everytime I used it I sprayed everywhere which got all over the floor outside. NEVER will I ever stay in a place like this. ...

"We had a fantastic stay at the Link Hotel. The location was fantastic, great for exploring all that South Beach has to offer. There are shops and places to eat right on the door stop and the boardwalk and Ocean Drive are only a few blocks away. The restaurant downstairs was great for breakfast and we used the coffee hatchbone morning too. The family room set up was perfect for us allowing the kids to have their own room and bathroom. "Staff was rude and refused to check in my daughter and niece claiming they must be 21 which we were never informed. We had relative over 21 check in and my daughters continued to be harassed. The room had flickering lights not taken care of, room not cleaned, towels not replaced and on top of that $450 hold placed on card and no final bill given during check out claiming they must inspect room. Worst hotel ever , do not waste your money or time going here."

"What an amazing property! My spouse and I came for his birthday celebration and we had a time of our life. The hotel was in a convenient area, surrounded by restaurants and shops. The room is absolutely gorgeous, very well designed. The staff was extremely friendly and took care of everything we needed. Definitely 10/10."
