"Wow this property had it all. Spacious twin share room, pod coffee machine, l’occutaine amenities, wonderful bath with pull out shower head, Dyson hairdryer, chocolates by the bed in the evening and beds turned down. Super comfortable beds and pillows, dressing gown and in a quiet but central area close to everything. I couldn’t find a fault, superb!! 20/10."

"The hotel itself does feel a little bit older, but it was a great one night stay in Victoria. The location was great, walkable to the pier and fisherman's wharf. They even have a little snack bar with some snacks and fresh lemonade when you walk in, which is quite a small thing to bring up in a review, but it made my whole day seeing that and felt very welcoming. The included breakfast was quick and easy with lots of choices. They have quite a few things in the building like a bike rental shop which would have been fun if we had more time there. Parking (underground or above ground) is $18 per night but that was easy to figure out and the staff were very helpful at check in."

"The hotel itself is great, close to the city and all the sights of beautiful Victoria. We have stayed here a couple of times before and always loved it, however this time they seemed to have changed their mattresses on the beds and they were hard as a rock. The person that chose these mattresses should be made to sleep on them every night as punishment. I usually look at reviews before booking a place but didn’t because I have enjoyed this place before. I have since read other negative comments about the mattresses. I see you have stated you have mattress toppers or different rooms, my suggestion is you put those toppers on the beds prior to your guests arriving. I would have taken the offer up had I known, we could have gotten one as it was a rough 3 nights of sleep. I have to say the rest of our stay at the hotel was great, the staff was attentive and enjoyed the restaurant and bar. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️."

"Its a very nice decent hotel. The location is great as it is near to bus stops, restaurants. Our fav being the namaste restaurant. Room was clean and the staff is good too. I just wish they had better channels on tv lol."
