"Run!!! Stayed at this hotel for a wedding and the staff was thoroughly incompetent. Our reservation couldn’t be found and the front desk overcharged us and put us in a spare room not even listed on the website (double bed and no working AC). Miserable experience from start to finish. We were far from the only wedding guests to experience issues with check-in and AC."

"Great location for an event at Olympic Park! Plenty to do around the area too! Great price! Nice clean room & comfortable, in a room that was lovely & quiet to! Staff were super friendly & helpful, let us drop our bags early! There was a voucher for a complimentary cocktail, and food offered even if after the kitchen was closed, although we didn’t use these options, it was good to know that it was available!"

"The staff is really friendly and the price was cheap. Depending on a room location it might get loud at night with traffic outside a window and very thin walls and ceiling. It's good for a short stay"

"Sehr schöne Unterkunft um ein paar Tage in London zu bleiben. Leider wird das Zimmer erst ab sieben Nächten einmal zwischen gereinigt. Man kann sich zwar neue Handtücher besorgen allerdings ist es doch ganz nett, wenn zwischendurch mal sauber gemacht wird. Die Umgebung ist sicherer als gedacht. Auch wenn man sich kurz etwas gewöhnen muss."

"Our stay here went without a hitch. Kitchen was fully equipped, everything was clean and bed linen was nice and fresh. No complaints about the room at all as it was just as described. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear noises from outside in the corridor and across the rooms so just be aware incase you get some rowdy neighbours 😅"

"The staff member who was at reception was friendly and helpful - check-in was easy. I had the standard room and it was a great size and super clean. The king bed was so comfy and bed clothes very good quality. The 4 x usb ports as well as regular sockets were really useful. Nice complementary toiletries too. Thank you"
