"The best part about there service is helpful staff. Very kind people. Room is decent, big and clean. Few things which needs to impeovment is not very strong and accessible wifi connection, but food is delicious, unlimited continental breakfast which staff prepares is the highlight of it. Very quite place around. Highly recommended for someone who wants room near airport and Very quite place."

"I am a frequent traveller and had book executive rooms for 11 nights. rooms are not maintained. Had cockroaches in our room. We were then shifted to another room at 11.30pm at night where the bed had a leg missing. Our two nights was ruined as the kids got scared and couldn’t sleep well. Then we had noises from next door room and we could hear they speak. No privacy at all."

"Everything was okay, water was shut off without any warning when needed the most called reception 4 times not once did she replied with follow up ended up calling back for updates.Mattress and pillows may need attention. Price and location is great for the hotel. Beautiful garden and big trees with birds and flowers. Staff were very kind and helpful."

"Australian family of four (our girls aged 12 & 14). We stayed in the two bedroom beachfront villa with private pool. Purchased through Expedia for about $1000 a night (accom & breakfast). Definitely recommend this room type - waking up to the beach and staring out to the ocean while relaxing by our pool was priceless. "Suited our needs after a long flight. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. A lot to explore in the immediate vicinity. My high lites were the breakfasts and the afternoon teas. Highly recommend The Ideal B & B!"

Water leak in floor of bathroom, horrible smell throughout unit, no remote for Aircon, just to turn it off. Great wifi and superb assistance from night watchman and morning call for taxi to airport! Sorry but I know that you want to improve your property as an investor. Please provide a bottle opener and corkscrew for next guest.. thank you. Unit has great potential overall."

"Don’t book this place. It is right on the international airport runway. The pillows had black mould, the fridge was not even turned on, no cutlery or cups or water. No tea or coffee making facilities. Don’t even start me about the shower cubicle! The “Breakfast” was a chicken sandwich and a cup of tea, no juice no fruit and not even a coffee. We should have just left and got another accom but it was too late by then. Don’t make the same mistake we did!"
