"There was no coffee or tea in our room. There was no garbage bin in our room. Wasn't provided despite asking. Saw a dead cockroach in our room. One of the fan in our room wasn't working. Internet was only available in the bar. There was no house keeping service. There was a surcharge for egg and sausage for breakfast despite breakfast was included, there wasn't any juice or water for the guest"

"PESADILLA el hotel ya desde que lkega has que te vas tienen unas politicas muy extraña solo para ganar dinero cobrando 20$ por hora si haces el check in antes de las 14 00 pero también al salir antes de la 7.00 no te devuelven los 20$ de fianza de las llaves. No tienen WIFI. Lo unico bueno la piscina aunque tampoco este muy limpia. Y lo peor es la habitación sucia y con CHINCHES... nosotros no somos raros nos adaptamos porque somos mochileros pero es inaceptable la prepotencia de la manager...

Few things which needs to impeovment is not very strong and accessible wifi connection, but food is delicious, unlimited continental breakfast which staff prepares is the highlight of it. "Worst hotel ever. They says they provide airport shuttle and promised to pick from airport but they won’t . I waited 2 hrs , called them, they will be like on the way and finally after 2 hrs took taxi. They won’t even provide drinking water. When you ask them they are like you can buy from the restaurant. Shower in washroom not working properly. While check in they told breakfast is at 7 after breakfast they will drop at airport. Then at night they called and told bus is at 6 am to airport so if...
