"I had a wonderful stay at the Tropicana by Hilton in Cabo. Everything exceeded expectations, the food was excellent, and the service was truly outstanding. The staff went above and beyond, even asking for your preferred room-cleaning time and checking in in the evening to ensure everything was perfect. The pool area is beautiful and ideal for relaxing. "Room was extremely clean bed and pillows could be more comfortable. Preferred upgrade is worth it if you get a good deal on it only. The food overall is very average because meat and seafood quality is only descent at best but not terrible for all inclusive. "

"The elevator doesn’t work and my husband was trapped in it as soon as we arrived. The gym was unusable as it was under water. There is nothing close by in terms of groceries, the Walmart is closest but would be a 25 minute walk and do not recommend it. The appliances worked but all the cupboards smelled strong like vinegar. "Really nice hotel. The staff are all extremely friendly and make you feel at home. The grounds are immaculate. My first complaint is not something they can do anything about but there are lots and lots of steps. My second complaint is the options for food are pretty limited and not very good. The brunch buffet for $55 is really nice and lots of good food. But the rest of the options just are not very good. "

"Excellent location and cute facilities. The owners are sweet people and have the cutest dog and cat around the property. The room was pretty basic and I had some trouble with the hot water in the shower, but it was very comfortable and clean, with some unique art. I do think this property is not for everyone but I really enjoyed my time there."
