"We spent only one night at Ruby. Wanted to extend our stay but weren’t able to because of plans the next day. I will be returning to Madison next week and will def stay again. Staff is exceptional. Ambience of the hotel is so warming, inviting and relaxing. We felt as though we stepped back in time for the evening. Very clean, extremely clean. My only complaint is- I don’t know what’s on the floor above room 111, if it’s apartments or more rooms or what have you.. but there was so much noise upstairs, and at late hours. It sounded like someone was playing basketball with bowling balls. We had a baby and it woke her up. I do understand that noise is expected when sharing a space but man, it seemed excessive."

"Very expensive for what you got, you had to pay $25 a night for parking in addition to purchasing your breakfast the only amenity really was a weight room. No pool! Rented a family suite which was supposed to have a king and a queen and a pull-out coach, got a room with a king bed and two pull out couches, very uncomfortable."
