We didnt get to see much outside the room. It was pouring rain the whole time bur was still peaceful and beautiful. Very comfy bed and pillows.

Room was nice and very clean. Bed lumpy with mattress needing to be replaced. A little difficult to find the place. Plenty for kids to do so would make a good family place.

Amazing spa rooms, very clean, our group were in 4 different rooms/cabins all were 4plus star. Only thing non drinkable water, they need to supply more bottles of water in fridge

Loved the venue for the wedding we attended. The rainforest backdrop, the food and the staff were exceptional The room was very clean and staff extremely helpful The bathroom floor was slippery and the shower extremely slippery. Difficult for us in our 70s

The queen sized mattress was quite thin so you could feel the springs and/or base. Everything else was good!

The location was lovely, but felt a little let down that the resturaunt was closed on our arrival. Rooms were comfortable but had a bad odour. Also found a blood stain on one doona. Other than this we enjoyed our stay.

Very unique property with Adults and children catered for. Also the camping and cabin facilities can cover all family interest. The only thing I think maybe a benefit for all visitors would be more lighting at the road entrance to the property. At night it was very hard to see the entrance on that corner. But don’t worry we plan to return one day in the future. Thanks very much.

The majority of the property is either closed or under repair due to tornado damage . dining only available Thursday onwards . No alternative available except the township itself . Rooms in the lodges are dated and in need of some internal repairs . Adequate

Ruff night sleep

Located in a beautiful area with lots to do. Basic older type motel. Chief drawbacks were the lack of water pressure and varying temperatures. The window blinds block out sun, but not around the edges. We experienced issues with other guests who would sit in front of our window talking late into the night. They need quiet hours.

I was pleased with the check in experience expeccially as we were 10 minutes from the check in closing, I was very upset that we were not notified of the restaurant being closed for a private function prior to booking or upon arrival, as the function was very loud and kept my daughter and myself up until 10pm but the receiption was happy to give us a late check out free of charge, and breakfast turned out to be very amazing, our next visit we will not be so rushed and we will book with the property as they can then give us further information on what is expected (functions & restaurant closures, noise etc)

Stayed here for my sister's wedding on Thursday night. The place itself is amazing the views and atmosphere is great. The rooms are below where they should be for the price. Holes in the wall mould in the mat in the shower that can't be removed. Holes in the shower walls at the bottom of the wall. Towels had marks on from blood or something I don't even want to think about. For the amount we paid I expected a hell of a lot more.

One of the worst value for money accomodation we have ever had! While searching for power point to plug my cpap machine in, needed to pull bed forward, build up of fluff dust ect very poor… water pressure in the shower practically non existent.. spindle in taps bent making them hard to turn…will never recommend their accomodation to anyone!!

Loved the wedding venue would have loved a heads up on the birds flying in for food a few signs at the catering van would have been helpful and the room we had was really not up for letting as the shower was missing a cold tap so hot water only not a good idea asked to get it fixed waited for someone to come as we were told someone would come waste of time as no one showed and no notification to say other wise not happy
