"Loved this resort...centrally located, great facilities, access to the beach, easy to reach by bus from Komtar in Georgetown (bus stop at door). Staff were very helpful and attentive. Buffet breakfast was amazing with so many choices. Even got to meet the Manager on quite a few occasions who was wondering the resort, checking facilities (very impressed by this) On the same bus route to Batu Firinghi, Penang NP, Escape, Butterfly farm too. Would highly recommend for a staycation as it's...

"We had a terrific time at Lost Paradise. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and gave us a complimentary room upgrade upon our arrival. It is a vibrant tropical property and we loved watching birds and monkeys on our private patio. Great breakfasts at Biru Biru."

"We had a great stay at this beautiful hotel. The pool was shaded and cool even in March's heat wave! The breakfast buffet had everything we could want, and more. "

"Old furnishing, sofa, bedding and towels etc were sparse and looked very worn out. The apartment was not clean and floor was sticky we had to wear footwear during the stay. Checking in was easy, but note that the mailbox locks dont work so anyone can get in or out of your room easily and you will have no clue. Location is great. Parking is ample and great."

"It’s a fairly good location but unfortunately the place is really run down. It’s in desperate need of basic repairs, a coat of paint and some decent bedding. WiFi is so poor that some days it’s non existent."

"Room was clean enough, staff were pleasant, we didn’t use the pool but it looked very nice. The hotel backs on to a lovely bit of beach, great for sunset & a little walk. There is a food court across the street which was lovely. The hotel is situated in between George Town & Batu Ferringhi (short taxi rides away) which was perfect for a long weekend."
