"Excellent service, clean rooms, great location!"

"Hotel listing says breakfast is available from 6:30 to 9:00 for a fee. On check-in we were told they provided a voucher for a cafe a block away. We had an early morning so walked to cafe shortly after 6:30 AM only to be told they didn't open until 8:00 AM. Luckily there is an A&W very close to hotel so we had a fast food breakfast. Hotel needs to update their information."

"Everything was good except when considering parking. I'm accustomed to a parking lot or garage but this parking garage was full when I checked in. My car would not have fit anyway (I drive a pickup truck) as the max height allowance is 5' 7" and my truck needs 6' 6" clearance. There was an overflow that accommodated my truck but there is no access to the garage from inside the hotel. It wasn't a terrible outcome but it would have been better had I known ahead of time during booking. Hot breakfast was included in my booking and it was excellent. Staff were very helpful despite the difficulties and limitations."

"I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was cozy, and I loved the history behind the building. There were are few little glitches that the staff attended to when I raised the issue (no hot water for the shower, left cleaning rags in the room, didn't replace towels after cleaning the room). The gym was very well equipped. The location couldn't have been better. I highly recommend the hotel."
