"Convenient location, clean well appointed rooms, surprisingly quiet even though hotel is in a busy area. My first stay likely won't be my last. Given very busy area valet parking assist also very helpful. Included breakfast for nominal addition was also good"

"The hotel we stayed in was absolutely beautiful. All of the staff were super helpful and very respectful of our time. They ensured that all of our questions were answered and gave great advice on areas we should hit. The train station was literally across the street and we used public transportation for majority of our activities. It was a great experience."

"Loved this hotel. It’s in the middle of the action but you can’t hear ANYTHING at night. Super comfy beds, convenient and reasonably priced mini bar and room service. The record player, Bluetooth speaker and books were also a nice touch. Will definitely be going back."

"Staff was extremely friendly, coffee station was always stocked with muffins, water and delicious coffee (not your usual weak hotel coffee). Great location and easy, 2 min walk to the TTC station. Restaurant on site, the Fortunate Fox, had the best food. Highly recommend the wagyu bolognese! Definitely bring a charging block as there are no USB plugs in the room. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Pool was broken. Saunas were off. Ants in mini fridge. Asked for two extra pillows and they said no. Wanted to purchase al la carte for lunch but only the pre fix menu was offered. Had stayed here before and was very happy. Disappointed this time around."

"Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Saubere und große Zimmer, nettes Personal. Die Lage ist auch super, viele Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung. Frühstück geht so, etwas voll und wenig Auswahl. Dafür passt Preis/Leistung. Alles in allem von uns eine Empfehlung."

"Helpful friendly staff. We booked a double room, got upgraded to 2 mini suites. Only drawback was apparently on the 8th floor you don't get ice bucket or refrigerator. Since we were only there for one night it wasn't an issue. Property was clean and conveniently located to downtown (17 minutes). Would definitely stay again"

"For the negative side of things I would have to say that I didn’t sleep well on the mattress it was very uncomfortable. The blanket and sheets were not great. The pillows were not firm at all for neck support. I must say I find the positives out way the negatives big time, The Staff was very helpful and informative.
