My bathroom light wasn’t working when I called reception to tell them about it I was charged, I was also charged for using Wi-Fi even though I signed up for their membership program. Towels and linen were less than spotless, I found a few hairs that weren’t mine. Very impersonal, I won’t be visiting again."

"Great location. Nice touches like filtered water stations throughout the hotel. Staff were excellent! The only thing missing for me was a pool. There was also an apple station near our elevator. We enjoyed a post concert drink in the bar and the staff were awesome!"

On arrival, early check in was accommodated for a small fee several hours prior to normal check in time which was amazing as we had an early afternoon event to attend and could get ready and relax in the room prior.
