Communication could do with improving because I didn't receive email notification 72 hours prior to visit (as stated), I did not know what door number it was (No.113) and nobody answered the phone number when I called, so I was standing outside for 40 minutes. But good price for location."

Excellent, large, airy, relaxed pub, with outdoor seating,below the rooms; child and dog friendly. Our teenagers liked the pool table. Attractive space.
