We were located in a family room on the lower ground which was upgrade from the triple room we had booked. Room was nice but the noise from the hotel guests in rooms above was meant we hardly slept. "Stayed here twice over last two weeks, first room great, clean, nice shower, slept well. Second time unfortunately different part of the hotel, window overlooked the courtyard with all the vents coming on and off theough the night quite noisy so didnt sleep well, and shower/tap had problems so not much power/went everywhere and bad Internet signal. Should have asked to have been moved!"
