"Location of the hotel was great, easy to get around. The only problem was, the hotel is next to a railway, and you could hear some train noise. The noise was there but not that bad, I could still sleep. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious.. living room is kind of small. Cleaness could be better, we found stain on one of the bed’s linen. Other than that, it was clean."

"Great overall stay! Did find the bathroom sink far too small though and each time using it would need to mop up the water on the floor. Breakfast was excellent at the Venom Brewery. One suggestion would be to get a professional coffee machine. Found coffee to be sub par for Melbourne standards. Enjoyed tasting some great beers and loved the spicy wings. Will definitely stop in again next time in Melbourne."

"Booked two rooms during our four nights stay in Melbourne. We were told our booking for the two rooms weren't recorded as one booking, which was weird because we booked under one booking reference. Not sure if thats a mixup from hotels.com or park hyatt. Regardless, we ended up not staying at the same floor, which is not such a big deal. "Our room smelled like cigarette smoke...very disappointing. They offered to move us, but we were unpacked. Housekeeping was not in out room until close to 4 pm the next day. Overall, we expected a bit more. "

Staff were very professional; attentive without being intrusive and always happy to provide suggestions or advice. Excellent location.
