"Hard to imagine a better place to stay while in Gatlinburg. The rooms are fantastic. The showers are bigger than some closets, and have a three-nozzle setup that's amazing. The rooms also have balconies that have wonderful views of the surrounding area. The hotel property has a really nice bar, an an incredible pool area, and is centrally located within walking distance of pretty much anything in town. You have to pay for parking, but I guess that's par for the course in this area of...

"Geweldig leuk hotel in het midden van het centrum. Ondanks dat toch heel stil. Goed ontbijt met homemade cake. Personeel is super vriendelijk. Echt een ouderwetse inn met alles van hout en open haard. Ook een zwembad. Naast het hotel ligt de kabelbaan en er zijn diverse restaurants, eetgelegenheden in de buurt van het hotel ."

"Very clean, cute decor, pool looked pristine even though we didn't swim. We wouldn't stay anywhere else! Everyone gets an assigned parking spot. Rooms large and have a table and chairs. I cannot say enough good things about this motel. Oh yes- fire pit to relax by at night and adorable Adirondack chairs. "

"Room and entire property was clean. Check in was great. Felt comfortable with the parking. Easy walking to downtown. The best part of the hotel was the spectacular roof top bar which had absolutely spectacular views and was an amazing place to spend the evening!"

"Amazing stay while in Gatlinburg. Close enough to walk to the strip but far enough where it was quiet. Excellent location to the park without having to battle traffic through town. Great room with fireplace and balcony. Can’t recommend this place enough. "

"A peaceful spot away from all the hub bub but walking distance to restaurants and attractions. The restaurant was wonderful but make sure you book reservations in advance as it is very popular. Our stay was perfect. Check in was a little different because there isn't a lobby. We called the main number for assistance and someone met us at our car right away to direct us where to park & how to communicate with staff. "Everything about the room was amazing and the showers and jacuzzi had perfect pressure & temperature"

"The outside was maintained nicely and beautiful but as for the inside it wasn’t maintained. The carpet very very old and dirty. Dresser very old they was very hard to open. Sliding door was hard to open track was dirty and old. Ceiling had some damage. Shower curtain was tore and faucets didn’t work well. But staff at the restaurant and bar area was GREAT! Food was good too."

"Over all it’s good, the property is over parkway very close to a lot of things, the carpet was stained and the room smells bad little bit but the staff promptly sent the room service to clean it and deodorized it.
