"I was in town for Christmas. The hotel was buzzing with happy visitors and there were MANY of them! My room was in the 5th floor-spacious, well-appointed and the bed was dreamy comfortable! I had a balcony to enjoy each morning as dawn was approaching but the best part was the 🔥 place! I used that thing every single day! Breakfasts each morning were plentiful and varied. "This is an excellent place to stay in Gatlinburg which is close to many shops. The hotel is being renovated, the rooms and bathrooms are small but the king bed was excellent. A good place to stay for an overnight or maybe a longer stay. The price was very good. "
