"Wonderful attention to details in the room. Spacious luxury in our corner room overlooking the river. Two layers of double-pane glass dampen the road noise to an acceptable level for us and was outweighed by the convenience of the location, so much within walking distance. Staff were eagerly helpful. Highly recommend overall."

It was known due to its central location it would be a little noisy at night, but it was manageable and we both managed to sleep soundly all nights of our stay. "Nice hotel with good WiFi and free coffee. The rooms are small/cramped, but I think that’s just what you tend to get in Kyoto from what I’ve heard. The location is hard to beat, there’s probably 100 restaurants (not an exaggeration) within a 5 minute walk and the train stations are an easy walk. "

"Our stay in Kyoto at the Resi Stay was wonderful. We were able to send some of our luggage ahead, and it was waiting for us at the check-in counter across the street from the train station, which is where you check in. We stayed in 1F and it was huge and very quiet, and it had laundry. We loved exploring Kyoto from this location, as it's so close to a very cute part. We only wish we made a better plan for seeing the rest of Kyoto. It's big and spread out. "
