"This is how you run a hotel. The staff explained the hotel services and amenities which allowed us to take full advantage of the hotel. The front desk was amazing and the highlight of the trip was our server Fukiku I had a medical emergency and the manager checked in on me, gave me a referral and made sure I was ok. Like I was visiting family. Will be back!!!!"

"酒店公共空間，由入口到房間，經過嘅大堂和走廊都很有格調，很切合京都這個地方特色。接待我們的職員很有禮貌，細心講解住宿安排，非常貼心。客房都很舒適，少有酒店房間內有洗衣機、微波爐、電磁爐一應俱全。多得這部洗衣機，我們可以在旅行結束前將大量衣物洗淨和烘乾。床亦很舒適，而且房間和浴室亦很寬闊，有足夠空間去安放行李，完全不感到狹窄。酒店亦提供免費清酒和汽水，實在令我們意想不到。這兩晚的住宿真係物超所值。酒店的位置亦超級鄰近主要購物地方，節省我們很多步行時間，非常方便。酒店提供不同的免費飲品和聖誕特別小禮物活動，令我們住宿的時間添加了很多樂趣。真的樂而忘返，下次再來京都都要入住這間酒店～"
