"Loved the staff and the suite was great. The only issue is that this property needs major renovation. I believe they are already preparing for that according to the staff we spoke to. Otherwise, it was great!"

"My room was in the middle of a remodel and smelt of fresh paint. The toilet paper dispenser wasn't installed and door hooks were not installed yet."

"My first two rooms had broken TVs. My third room had a poorly running AC unit. The TVs went out during the TTU softball game and I was unable to watch. Wallpaper peeling off in the bathroom. No pool chairs, just a couple of regular chairs around a single table."

"The elevator did not work. All ice machines were broken, no ice was available. The building was run down and NOT in the condition shown online. Even the fountain in front was dry and shut down. Due to a name change, my Expedia reservation could not be found. I had to spend almost an hour trying to get Expedia to communicate with the hotel and find my booking (even though the confirmation had both the old and new hotel name.) Ultimately, did not enjoy this stay!"

"I ended up having to sleep in my car for part of the night because the place was uninhabitable and unsafe. I require full refund. Also. They overcharged me as well. They charged me double—Expedia charged me, and Motel 6 charged me."

"The owner of the property canceled all third party reservations due to a popular event. Found out only after attempting to check in after the event at about 11:30 pm. Luckily we were only 2 hours from home, so we made the trek back home. Be aware of this issue."

"I know this was an older hotel but it still could have been cleaner. The room had floors popping up when you walked. The walls and mirrors had shown a lot a of wear and tear. There were chunks and pieces of the wall and the frame of the mirror that were out. The floors were dirty, and the bathroom was not the cleanliness. The only nice thing I can say about this room is that the side where we were on was actually quiet"
