"The staff was friendly with one exception. Breakfast was OK but nothing special; a little variety from day to day would have been nice. If you have a car it’s convenient as it has a small garage. You can walk to the main attractions but it does take about 20 min to reach the city square."

"The property was great. The rides on the tram were anything but good. Crowded, my travel companion had his cell phone stolen by a pickpocket on our first day. The second day, another thief got his waller out of a zippered pocket under his shirt, but someone on the train saw it. We were able to chase the thief and he threw the wallet on the ground. Hold everything very close to you. Florence was beautiful, but I would never go there again. In the two days there, there were at least acts...

"Le lobby était à la hauteur du 4 étoiles. Cependant la chambre était la plus grande surprise et étonnement : les lits jumeaux très étroits, on dirait des lits pour enfants. Le mobilier est totalement à revoir. Meubles IKEA. Je trouve cela horrible pour un hôtel 4 étoiles et que j"ai déboursé plus 280.euros la nuitée. Avec un décor bas de gamme. Y compris la salle de douche à rafraîchir impérativement. Le receveur de douche fissuré, lavabo petit, l"eau coule de partout. Le rooftop est magnifique...

"Good breakfast. Clean room. Fridge was not cold when we checked in but started cooling after we inserted room key. AC worked but was not enough to keep room cool."

"Incredibly pleasant experience with the staff. The room was clean and very comfortable. The only thing was it was a little bit loud because of the proximity to the train, but it didn’t detract from our experience from our stay. There were a few mosquitos, but that was probably only because we had to leave the window open since we didn’t have a remote for the AC, rather than the condition of the room. Overall I would recommend this space to anyone staying in Florence! The location was perfectly...

"We booked 3 rooms. All were give mineral water on the first day only. Second and third day... no more water. We call front office, they give us on 2nd day. On the 3rd day - we called and they put us on hold for quite some time.... we hung up the phone. I am thinking - only mineral water... "
